The defined terms in this Policy have the same meaning as in our Terms of Service, which You should read together with this Policy. By accessing our Website and using our Service, You consent to the terms of this Policy and agree to be bound by it and our Terms of Service.

HawkPro collects Your personal information

The Service involves the storage of Data about a company or individual. HawkPro may collect personal information directly from You when You:

  • use the Service,
  • contact the HawkPro support team, and

You can always choose not to provide Your personal information to HawkPro, but it may mean that we are unable to provide You with the Service.

HawkPro collects, holds, and uses Your personal information for limited purposes
HawkPro collects Your personal information so that we can provide You with the Service and any related services You may request. In doing so, HawkPro may use the personal information we have collected from You for purposes related to the Services including to:

  • verify Your identity,
  • administer the Service,
  • carry out marketing or training relating to the Service,
  • assist with the resolution of technical support issues or other issues relating to the Service,
  • comply with laws and regulations in applicable jurisdictions, and

It is Your responsibility to manage pairing with devices. You should notify us as soon as possible if You become aware of any misuse of your account.

HawkPro takes steps to protect your personal information
HawkPro is committed to protecting the security of Your personal information and we take all reasonable precautions to protect it from unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. Your personal information is stored on secure servers.

However, the Internet is not in itself a secure environment and we cannot give an absolute assurance that Your information will be secure at all times. Transmission of personal information over the Internet is at Your own risk and You should only enter, or instruct the entering of, personal information to the Service within a secure environment.

HawkPro only discloses Your Personal Information in limited circumstances
HawkPro will only disclose the personal information You have provided to us to entities outside the HawkPro group of companies if it is necessary and appropriate to facilitate the purpose for which Your personal information was collected pursuant to this Policy, including the provision of the Service.

HawkPro will not otherwise disclose Your personal information to a third party unless You have provided Your express consent. However, You should be aware that HawkPro may be required to disclose Your personal information without Your consent in order to comply with any court orders, subpoenas, or other legal process or investigation including by tax authorities, if such disclosure is required by law. Where possible and appropriate, we will notify You if we are required by law to disclose Your personal information.

This policy may be updated from time to time
HawkPro reserves the right to change this Policy at any time, and any amended Policy is effective upon posting to this Website. HawkPro will make every effort to communicate any significant changes to You via the Service. Your continued use of the Service will be deemed acceptance of any amended Policy.

  • In accessing and using the Application, the User will likely share personal information with Hawk Safety.
  • The User authorises Hawk Safety to collect, use, process, transmit and/or disclose this personal information for:
    • Hawk Safety’s internal purposes;
    • understanding and meeting the User’s needs and preferences;
    • managing and developing their business and operations;
    • any purposes authorised by or required to comply with applicable laws;
    • any purposes disclosed and for related processes, programs, products, services and portals, for any purpose set out in app stores’ then current privacy policies; and
    • any purpose set out in Hawk Safety’s Privacy Policy.
  • The User may access, modify, or request deletion of its data. If the User does not provide this consent, the User may not access or use the Application.
  • The User understands that its personal data may be transferred to countries outside Australia and be stored by Hawk Safety in countries outside Australia and the User consents to this occurring. If the User does not provide this consent, the User may not access or use the Application.

    • This EULA will terminate immediately if the User breaches any term of this EULA.
    • On termination of this EULA, the licence granted under this EULA will also terminate and the User must immediately:
      • cease using the Application; and
      • cease access or allow any other person to access the Application.
    • Hawk Safety may, without notice to the User, assign its rights and obligations under this EULA. The User acknowledges and agrees that:
      • your data and information shared with or made available to the Application shall be transferred and assigned from Hawk Safety to its assigns and ensure that you have continued access to the Application up to and until the expiry of your respective term of your agreement with Hawk Safety; and/or
      • Hawk Safety’s assigns may provide you with an offer to enter into a licence separate with them directly.

    • Hawk Safety reserves the right, in its discretion, to correct any errors or omissions in any part of the Application. Hawk Safety may restrict access to parts or the entire Application at any time, including, but not limited to, Content, certain features, hours of availability, and equipment needed for access or use, without notice or liability.
    • Any material on the Application may be out of date at any given time and Hawk Safety is under no obligation to update such material.
    • Hawk Safety reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove any part of this EULA, in whole or in part, at any time. Notification of the changes to this EULA will be posted on the Application and will be effective immediately, unless expressed otherwise.
    • It is the User’s sole responsibility to periodically check this EULA for any changes. If the User does not agree with any of the changes to this EULA, it is the User’s sole responsibility to deregister and cease access to and use of the Application.  The User’s continued use of the Application will be deemed as the User’s acceptance of any updates and variations to this EULA.
    • Hawk Safety may assign or sub-licence any of its rights or obligation under this EULA at any time, without obtaining the User’s consent.
